Management and Personnel

The Management is from Germany and Kosovo and since almost a decade is working with Krohn, KMMCS and demining operations and quality assurance. On demand there is a pool of approx. 20 educated and experienced KMMCS-driver and -technicans.

The project areas within the company are:

•    Management / Acquisition / Marketing
•    Construction and Development
•    Assembly of KMMCS Milling in market components

Services:

• training of operating and service personnel
• civilian applications in areas such as forests, plantations and landscaping
• constructing area clearing and line construction
• operations to eliminate weapons-contaminated sites, eg on former military training grounds
• Land mine clearance

Human resources for mine clearance

Even if the work of the engines in all specified areas is similar, the use in minefields and shooting lanes requires special care and higher personnel effort costs, as described in the SOP / KMMCS. The selection of the project / team leader is based on relevant qualifications and the certifications (explosives certificate etc) according to strict criteria. The other employees are trained on the KMMCS and have experience in use or in the maintenance of KMMCS and follow precisely the Standing Operating Procedures SOP for the KMMCS.
